Method

  1. 1

Cut the chicken thighs into small strips and get them into a hot pan with a splash of oil.

  2. 2

Hit it with salt, pepper, garlic granules and a little bit of paprika.

  3. 3

Once the chicken has some colour and is cooked through, take it out and put it to one side.

  4. 4

Into that same pan go your stir fry vegetables. Get the heat nice and high and give everything a good toss.

  5. 5

Blanch the noodles for a minute in salted boiling water and add them to the pan.

  6. 6

Chicken back in, followed by a good splash of soy sauce, a little bit of honey and the garlic. Big mix, and let that sauce coat everything.

  7. 7

    Plate up.
