Prick the potatoes, microwave 8-10 minutes, turning halfway.

Meanwhile fry the chopped onion, add the curry powder and cook it out for a minute.

Tip in the drained chickpeas and the tomatoes, simmer 8 minutes, squashing some of the chickpeas so it thickens.

Split the potatoes and pile it on.
